“A good heart is better than all the heads in the world.” Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton
Just a hand will do. Any hand. Left or right, doesn’t matter. Oh, and no side order of preaching needed. Thanks.
I love this post from Women’s TEA TIME; a call to do more for others in the world.
It brought seemingly (frustratingly) inevitable comments like “I’ll give a hand up but not a hand-out”.
So you can tell which is needed here? Really? Is there actually a difference? Really… And you know that how?
Like it says, keep that preaching hand to yourself – I’ll take the other one. The kind, generous, charitable, non-judging one; the one that doesn’t have conditions attached.

Oh my! That’s such a given! The kindness is a much more potent way to “Preach”. It’s a vital, Life-giving example while also meeting physical need. I’m for that! <3 (This probably won't do hearts, but I tried.
