The Meaning of Things

Post 20 of 38

We owe each other and the world so much more thoughtful consideration of the “why” of things, before we open our mouths.   There is always more than just what we see and more than our own immediate and emotional responses.

In our rush to assert our right to free speech, to “express ourselves”, to be “honest and open”, we can be the cruelest of species, giving little consideration to the harm we cause, nor mindful of our duty of care.

Wise up and think!

Think because you care.  Think because you can.

Otherwise… shush!
